Cancellation Policy

At Girly Gadgets, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy for details on how cancellations work.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. Simply contact our customer support via Email/Phone with your order details.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

2. Cancellation by Girly Gadgets

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
🚫 Payment failure or incomplete transaction.
🚫 Product out of stock or discontinued.
🚫 Incorrect pricing or listing errors.
🚫 Fraudulent transactions or security concerns.

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

✔ If your order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
✔ Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations

✔ If you placed a COD order, kindly inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
✔ Repeated order cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
