Return & Refund Policy

At Girly Gadgets, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 1 days of receiving your order if:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ All tags, accessories, and receipts are included.
✅ The item is not listed as non-returnable (see below).

Non-Returnable Items:
🚫 Personalized or customized products
🚫 Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
🚫 Clearance or final sale items
🚫 Perfumes and beauty products (if opened)

Item Below Rs. 499 return will not allowed for refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@girlygadgets.in or call 8484839203 with your order details.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:
💳 Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the payment method used for the purchase.
🎟 Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 1 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
✔ Check your bank account.
✔ Contact your credit card company—it may take time to process.
✔ If the issue persists, contact us at girlygadgets.in@gmail.com

Refund Terms:

Please note that, a gift card (unlimited validity) is given instead of monetary refund. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. - Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 60 per order which will be borne by the customer. The gift will be issued after deducting INR 60 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.  

Please note that there will be no deduction for damaged goods (i.e. - the entire product value of the damaged product will be refunded as a gift coupon)

Cancellation Policy:

Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
